A newly born baby without skin

In India first child was born without skin in first time. A hospital  of Nagpur in India  a women  had given a birth to a child who has  not skin at all ,mouth and eye are red, red quakes on all parts of body and seem much fearful.  Such problem is called Harlequin this is first time that seen such Harlequin in baby in India said doctors. The baby is getting treatment in  ICU of Lata Mangeshkar Hospital in Nagpur. According to experts out of every 3 millions a baby may get birth in the world. It is to much genetic rare disease. This is a disease in which whole body parts is covered with thick scale after some time tongues are seen on that body. External bodies are not developed well for such body. Where there is quakes risk of infection. Being without skin it is impossible to  transplant skin there said doctor. Now this girl have to use moisturizer  to stop the blood emitted and prevent from  infection. During the winter month blood may follow from  body and it is much few for the treatment of this diseases in India
